“Make It Reel” is owned and operated by a group of private individuals acting as volunteers.
“Make It Reel” sets out to secure agreements from each speaker and workshop leader prior to announcing their involvement and commitment to appear. However, one or more speakers may be unable to appear or may not arrive at their scheduled time for any number of reasons. “Make It Reel” cannot be responsible if a speaker does not appear as scheduled or appear at all.
Additionally, “Make It Reel” sessions and workshops may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time; and “Make It Reel” retains the right to change the content of any session at any time.
Should you be unable to attend you can request a 90% refund on or before January 5th 2025 at midnight BST. Beyond that point no refunds are possible. We are not liable for any costs to attend an event should it be cancelled or postponed, such as transport, accommodation or loss of earnings. In the event of force majeure (events beyond our control) we will reschedule the event when reasonably practical and you will be issued a ticket for rescheduled dates. You will not be entitled to a refund in this instance. If you are unable to attend the new dates, you can gift or resell your ticket or use the value in credit towards the cost of our other events either in the real world or online.
“Make It Reel” does not offer rollover tickets to the next event if you are unable to, or choose not to attend. We reserve the right to decline admission and offer a full refund at our discretion. We reserve the right to change the venue and dates of the event and in some circumstances, move the event online. We reserve the right to cancel the event and offer a full refund.
