Marcus Ryder

Marcus Ryder is CEO of the Film & TV Charity. He was previously Head of External Consultancies at the Sir Lenny Henry Centre for Media Diversity which was set up to explore and increase diversity across the industry including journalism, acting, film, TV and radio in both front-of-house and behind the scenes roles.

He has spent over 25 years working in the media across the world including eight years as a senior executive at the BBC, winning numerous industry awards – from BAFTAs to Royal Television Society Awards and Foreign Press Association Awards. He has previously held the position of Chair of the Royal Television Society Diversity Committee and is currently a trustee at the Press Pad Charitable Foundation.

Jess Rampling

Jess Rampling has been working at AMC NETWORKS INTERNATIONAL for almost eight years, joining the company as a production coordinator before working her way up to her current role as Commissioning Editor and Executive Producer for TRUE CRIME Originals, since April ‘22. Jess has worked on over 500 hours of True Crime and has a slate of 140 hours for 2025.

Jill Martin Wrenn

Jill Martin Wrenn is a British-American broadcaster, media coach and educator based in London. She helps early-stage founders and small business owners to amplify their brands with pitching and presenting workshops. As an adjunct professor at Richmond American University in London, Jill teaches aspiring media professionals how to master global communications strategies.On her podcast How to Build a Village, Jill features filmmakers, authors, entrepreneurs and creative thought leaders from around the world. She also loves to interview founders and creative industry professionals for the BBC, the Financial Times and others.She holds a BA from Cornell University, and an MA in Communications from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

Anke Lueddecke

Anke Lueddecke is an award-winning director and senior producer working across multi-camera Arts broadcasts, single-camera History, Arts and Current Affairs documentaries, and interactive, multi-media training content.
Based in London and Berlin, she is a BBC-trained journalist whose films, radio programmes and websites have reached audiences via the BBC, Channel 4, Channel 5, PBS, Discovery, arte and ZDF, and National Theatre Live. 
Her focus is on delivering well-told, beautiful stories, based on meticulous research and preparation. She has championed authentic representation in front of the lens as well as behind the camera.

Jon Mason

Jon is a creative producer and founder of Digital Studio Jollywise. He is also the creator and exec producer of Stan & Gran a new “Original” preschool show coming to Milkshake in 2025. Stan & Gran is an intergenerational show all about the great outdoors and the magic and mystery we can find in nature.

Before launching his studio in 2006, he worked as a creative producer for the Walt Disney Company and now works with some of the largest entertainment brands on the planet. Jon is very active in the Children’s media industry, regularly contributing his views on panels and discussions.
